Communication

  • Who do we need to tell?
  • What do we need to tell them?
  • When do we need to tell them?

Impact Analysis

  • Who is affected?
  • To what extend?
  • What are the consequences?

Resolution

  • Do we fix everything in a systematic way or deal with the problem on an ad-hoc basis when people tell us it is a problem for them?
  • What should we prioritise?
